Netaji Subhas Open University

We are pleased to inform you that Plassey College has been granted permission to operate as a Study Centre to run the PG Courses of Netaji Subhas Open University. The College has signed a Memorandum of Understand (MoU) with NSOU on 20th September 2021 in that respect. Initially, we are going to offer PG Courses in six academic subjects, namely, Bengali, English, History, Political Science, Education and Master of Social Work (MSW) . However, we are keen to offer more subjects in coming days based on the feedback we receive from relevant stakeholders including our students. It has come to fruition as a result of tireless efforts of our Principal Dr Basant Kumar Pradhan and the constant support and inspiration of our Governing Body president and honourable MLA of Kaliganj constituency Shri Nasiruddin Ahmed. Catering to the interests of the aspiring students we sincerely feel this endeavour will enable the students of Plassey and it's vicinity to fulfill their goal of higher education.
